Details to replace New Student Welcome Day with virtual events

Due to the current restrictions in place caused by COVID 19, we are unable to run the New Student Welcome Day or any on campus events.

We appreciate how important this event and others are for our applicants, therefore, we will be running a number of virtual events from the 6th July over the following 3 weeks. Our Couch to College Programme will be a fantastic opportunity for applicants and prospective students to find out about the college, enrolment and our courses and you will be able to pick and choose which sessions to register for. Please keep an eye open for more information with regards to this event in the coming weeks, to ensure you receive all communication log into our online portal at www.tmc.ac.uk to ensure your contact details are up to date.

We'd like to invite you to our School Leaver New Student Welcome Day on Monday 6 July, starting at 9.30am.

The event will take place at seven of our campuses (Harpurhey, Nicholls, Northenden, Openshaw, Shena Simon, Welcomb Street and Wythenshawe) and you'll attend the campus which you have applied to.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to familiarise yourself with the College, meet campus staff, tutors and fellow students and take part in an exciting taster session based around your chosen study programme.

It doesn’t stop there – there will also be a tour of the campus and its facilities, and a variety of fun activities with refreshments and lunch available to all attendees during the day.

In addition to having a great day, you will receive important information on enrolment, student finance and experience life as a student of The Manchester College.

We encourage you to attend and look forward to seeing you on the day and welcoming you as a student at The Manchester College.

This event is for 16-18 year old applicants to The Manchester College only.
